Terms & Conditions

On confirmation of the booking a deposit of 20% is required which must be paid within 5 days of the phone/email booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is payable in full 28 days prior to the check-in date (as shown in your confirmation email). If you cancel your booking up to 21 days before your check-in date we will refund your payment (less the deposit). If you cancel within 21 days of your check-in date we will refund 50% of your payment (less the deposit). If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date there is no refund. Please ensure that you are adequately insured against cancellation of your holiday.

• Check out: 10.30 a.m.
• The turn-around day is Friday.
• The weekly rate includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, firewood and wifi.

Dogs may be accepted by prior arrangement. There is an additional cost of £35 per week for the first dog and £30 per week for a second dog up to a maximum of two dogs. Guests must bring suitable bedding and are asked to keep their pets off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. They must not be left unattended in the cottage.
